
The System Director of Infusion Pharmacy provides executive leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for system-based ambulatory and hospital outpatient infusion pharmacy services across multiple infusion centers. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and financially sustainable infusion pharmacy operations while advancing system growth, standardization, and optimization initiatives.
This position excludes home infusion services and focuses exclusively on health system-owned infusion centers and hospital-based infusion pharmacy operations, including both 340B clean sites and GPO-based locations.
The System Director partners closely with oncology leadership, nursing, finance, compliance, pharmacy leadership, supply chain, revenue cycle, and physician leadership to support high-quality patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic expansion of infusion services across the enterprise.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, MBA preferred ( also board certified or equivalent BCPS), or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
Current Kentucky Board of Pharmacy and Indiana Pharmacist license, or eligible required.
Must obtain Kentucky and Indiana pharmacist license within 1 year.
5 years of job-related experience required.
