Listing Systems team is responsible for the design and implementation of all of our applications systems for our Listing Division. We are now hiring a motivated and energetic System Development Manager to join us.
You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of modern web applications used by all the listed companies.

Job Duties:

  • Design, develop, and oversee the delivery of Java-based microservices and modern web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience

  • Lead and govern activities across the full SDLC, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support

  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to internal teams and external vendors in delivering high-quality applications for business users and listed issuers

  • Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Drive adoption of best practices in software engineering, including coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing strategies

  • Oversee production stability and application lifecycle management, including incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

  • Perform and supervise application maintenance activities, including system upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and security scanning

  • Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD initiatives, improving deployment efficiency, automation, and release quality

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in development and support of mission-critical, enterprise-scale web applications

  • Proven track record in a technical leadership role, leading development teams and managing vendors across full project lifecycles

  • Strong hands-on and architectural experience in microservices design, using Spring Boot / Spring Framework

  • Experience working with frontend technologies such as React.js or Next.js

  • Proven experience with Kafka or other message brokers, with strong understanding of event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and scalability considerations

  • Solid expertise in API design and governance, including RESTful services and documentation standards (OpenAPI / Swagger)

  • Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and technologies such as PostgreSQL, GaussDB and Redis

  • Proficiency in Linux environments

  • Experience designing and deploying solutions on cloud platforms, with containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm

  • Previous experience with Huawei Cloud Foundation (HCS) is a definite advantage

  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline design, and tools such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube

  • Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and strategies (e.g., unit, integration, and end-to-end testing)

  • Good understanding of application security architecture and best practices (e.g., OAuth2, secure coding standards)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make architectural and design decisions

  • Self-driven leader who can mentor team members, drive technical excellence, and collaborate across teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
