Responsibilities & Tasks
The work in the Operation and Maintenance team is focused on developing new management solutions to give our customers a simple and cost-effective management for the 5G and 6G RAN. With development of the One RAN concept, we introduce a new distributed architecture for Cloud and Purpose-built technologies, lifting part of the Radio Network for both virtualized and dedicated HW environments. To handle the increased complexity of the system, we are introducing new technologies like orchestration, machine learning, automation and analytics.
AI is at the core of what we do — both as a tool and as a product. In your daily work, you will leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision-making. At the same time, you will contribute to implementing AI-driven features in our products, enabling intelligent network management, predictive analytics, and autonomous operations for our customers.
We are also developing rApps — modular applications running on the Non-RT EIC platform that enable advanced RAN optimization, automation, and intelligence. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to design and develop rApps that bring AI-powered insights and closed-loop automation directly into the network.

You are self-motivated and analytical, with a high ability to understand, develop and drive technical solutions. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written: are essential. The role requires high ability to work both in teams and independently to deliver on time and with quality.
