We are currently looking for an experienced System Design Lead to join an exciting assignment within the automotive industry.
In this role, you will lead the system design work within the Plan & Manage ART. You will collaborate closely with system engineers, architects, product owners, and development teams to coordinate and drive technical activities forward.
You will also support architecture work related to Plan or Manage and ensure that incoming requirements and safety-related deliverables are reviewed and handled correctly.
Lead and drive system design activities
Manage and review system requirements
Define and support test strategies
Perform and review safety analyses such as FMEA and FTA
Compile and review safety case documentation
Coordinate technical work across teams
Support automation initiatives within system design
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product owners
Experience within system development and system engineering
Previous experience in a lead or coordinating role
Knowledge of requirement management
Experience with safety analyses such as FMEA and FTA
Understanding of test strategies and release processes
Basic Python knowledge
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to drive tasks independently and secure deliveries
Team-oriented with strong leadership skills
Structured and proactive mindset
Comfortable working in multicultural environments
Strong problem-solving ability
