We are looking for a Associate System Debug Engineer to debug and to support customer and other internal deparmtnets for solving puter system issues. In this role, you will work with other departments and provide solutions for the issues and product quality improvement. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Intel low level debugging. Experience using Intel Target Probe (ITP) tool is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review GPU server test logs and judge failed parts. Hands-on testing GPU server if need.
2. Maintain fail logs to collect failure distribution. Study how to improve product quality.
3. Continuously follow GPU vendor’s guidelines to learn new procedures with HW/ SW tools.
4. Work closely with the production/ RMA/ warehouse/ PM… Fulfill their requirement in time.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering with 5+ years. Master’s degree in industrial school.
2. Experience in server or NB/ Desktop operating is mandatory.
3. Experience in Motherboard/ PCIe device design/ debug/ diagnose are plus.
4. Good English read/ write ability and self-drive attitude to study technical document and failure logs is mandatory.
5. Be able to handle moving server and rack installation. Be able to stand up for a period to finish system installation work.
6. Experience in Linux OS operating is desirable.
