In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage and maintain product configurations within Oracle ERP and related systems.
• Create, update, and control:
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Production routings
  • Product configurations
  • Manufacturing structures
  • Material master data
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of engineering and manufacturing data across systems.
• Lead harmonization and standardization projects for product configurations across multiple product lines and manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and NPI teams to ensure proper product setup and configuration alignment.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring correct system configuration and manufacturing structures.
• Implement and maintain Engineering Change Order/Notice (ECO/ECN) processes.
• Analyze configuration discrepancies and lead corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and corporate standards.
• Develop technical documentation and procedures related to configuration management
• Provide technical support and user training related to systems and product configurations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on data accuracy, efficiency, and process optimization

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Systems, Electromechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 6 years of experience working with Engineering Change systems, product configuration, ERP, Manufacturing, BOMs and routings.

• In depth knowledge and understanding of MMI Change Management systems including PDM, Oracle and Oracle Configurator Developer.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities.

• VISA.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• CM2-P certified desired.
