Responsibilities

• Have clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your position and to your team.
• Report accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions and hazards as soon as per the APAC OSCP Incident Reporting and Investigation.
• Comply with safe systems of work, instruction, information, training, safety procedures, manufacturers’ instructions and statutory requirements; Meets the security, safety and quality standards of the area (rules of docks, PPE, etc.).
• Use safety equipment where it is provided.
• Attend safety training when requested and comply with the content of any training received.
• Conduct monthly Workplace Safety Committee Meeting.
• Ensure that the quality standards as defined for DHL and the customer are maintained and managed through consequence on a daily basis.
• Ensure that quality related findings are properly reported thru generation of Quality Alert Report.
• Ensure that Controls and Corrective and Preventive Actions are properly implemented on the line – when needed.
• Report all quality related errors/defects at Transport checking and during system transactions and participate on root cause analysis and CAPA closure. – when needed

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Required skills): SAP, MS Office particularly in Excel, Outlook & Word.
• At least 1-2 years' experience in warehousing management and distribution operations as
• Encoder or any related position
