We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / System Architecture Product Owner for our site in Graz, Austria.
You will join a cross-functional team developing next-generation high-tech radio components, playing a key role in translating market needs into a clear product vision and executable system-level requirements.
You will drive the definition of future system architecture across RF, analog, digital, and modem IP domains, evaluating options, managing trade-offs, and selecting the best solutions for silicon development. Your decisions will shape the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
A central part of your role will be ownership of the System Architecture Product Specification, ensuring consistency, completeness, and traceability across all requirements and stakeholders. You will also support the handover to development teams and maintain alignment throughout execution.
Working closely with all ST divisions, you will lead architecture development phases in line with marketing requirements, product strategy, and customer expectations. As Product Owner, you will coordinate interactions across development, documentation, validation, and other key teams. You will also contribute to verification and validation activities, review product performance in real operating conditions, and help ensure the final solution delivers both technical excellence and customer value.
In addition, you will bring an AI-oriented mindset to improve analysis of complex technical documentation, identify inconsistencies, and strengthen requirement traceability and decision quality across the product lifecycle.
Experience in automotive product development is essential, including an understanding of the quality, lifecycle, and cross-functional requirements of automotive-grade products.
