About the Opportunity

We are looking for a System Architect to join our Simulation Services System Team in Poland.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of Test Tools & Simulators supporting Radio Access Network (RAN) development for 4G, 5G, and emerging 6G technologies. You will play a key role in defining architecture, improving ways of working, and driving innovation in a highly collaborative and global environment.

What You Will Do

  • Contribute to architecture design for simulation tools supporting RAN development
  • Drive improvements and simplification of development Ways of Working (WoW)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization
  • Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with product lifecycle processes
  • Support Lean & Agile development practices
  • Influence innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

  • Solid understanding of Wireless Communication Systems, particularly 5G NR (L1, L2, L3 and Core Network)
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
  • Experience with software development tools and programming environments
  • Basic knowledge of Linux OS and networking
  • Understanding of CI (Continuous Integration)
  • Knowledge of testing practices (module-level and end-to-end testing)
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Detail-oriented with the confidence to challenge the status quo
  • Proactive mindset and positive “can-do” attitude
