1. Resolving customer’s post production test program issues to minimize test system down-time at high volume manufacturing.
2. Understanding customers’ IC testing needs and propose timely testing solutions.
3. Developing and executing support plans as part of a focused customer account team.
4. Test program development or productivity improvement projects based on customer’s requirement.
5. Acting as the contact point for technical escalation as well as coordinating with local and overseas counterparts in resolving critical issues.
6. Delivering test system training and knowledge transfers to enable the customer’s engineers to better utilize the Advantest test systems.
Qualifications
1. Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of technical experience in the Semiconductor IC Testing industry specifically on wafer or final test areas.
3. Proven experience in Digital or Mixed Signal or RF SoC testing on ATE systems.
4. Strong programming skills in C or C++ and be familiar with Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
5. At least 5 years of work experience in test program development preferred.
6. Demonstrated project management, good troubleshooting and strong structured problem-solving skills.
7. Strong team player with good working attitude and excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with all levels in the customer environment.
8. Enjoy customer support and have experience in customer management.
9. Willing to travel within and out of the country on short notices.
10. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
