The Role and Impact
As a Systems and Hardware Enabling Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Intel technologies and products by providing technical support to customers and partners. This role is instrumental in ensuring platform solution readiness, accelerating product design cycles, and transforming opportunities into production wins. You will collaborate with teams across Intel and external stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet market and industry expectations. Your expertise will contribute to developing and deploying tools, optimizing product performance, and enabling ecosystem partners to succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers for solutions involving Intel products and technologies.
- Drive solution design to help customers achieve time-to-market readiness and deliver quality designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues, ensuring effective technical resolutions.
- Develop and implement product design, validation tools, and processes to enhance performance and quality.
- Evaluate, design, and create new software and hardware fixtures for deployment and optimization.
- Produce technical collateral such as hardware design guides, application notes, product specifications, and other supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external silicon, hardware, and software teams to deliver the latest products to market.
- Partner with customer research and development and manufacturing teams to enable seamless product ramp and integrate factory requirements.
- Facilitate product training, workshops, and demonstrations to educate customers and grow adoption of Intel's latest technologies.
- Conduct competitive product analysis and contribute to long-range planning and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with backend teams to streamline issue resolution and optimize customer support processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Intel architecture, chipsets, and hardware IO technologies such as PCIe and USB specifications.
- Proficiency in schematic tool reviews and circuit theory.
- Hands-on experience with lab tools including oscilloscopes, analyzers, and multimeters.
- Technical documentation skills for creating specifications and design guidelines.
- Familiarity with power and signal integrity simulations.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and computer/board designs.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ or C# is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in customer engagement and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience conducting competitive market analysis and developing strategic plans.
- Willingness to learn and sustain a proactive approach to complex challenges.
- Familiarity with open-source operating systems and modern scripting languages.
