Whether or not you serve in a clinical role, every Cleveland Clinic team member is a caregiver. As a Systems Analyst I, your caregiving begins in the office by supporting efficient workflows, system functionality, and technical operations. In this role, you will provide workstation, software, peripheral, network, and workflow support; contribute to solution development; and assist with project tasks and documentation. The work remains heavily finance-focused, centered on financial data, financial reporting, and Epic-based report development, including the development and maintenance of Epic-based reporting solutions. You will work with large volumes of financial data and support financial reporting functions across the team. You will also support operational objectives, technology planning, and collaborative communication, while providing first-level diagnostic Help Desk support and after-hours on-call coverage.
A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
