Job Description

Our client a Commercial bank is looking to hire is looking to hire System Analyst

  • Supporting the Head of application support to handle the incident process management.
  • Taking ownership of escalated incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders during incidents and post-incident reviews.
  • Monitoring support teams to ensure SLAs are met and to ensure optimal service and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing accurate and regular reports to the management regarding to the incident management.
  • Provides technical support to maintain the smooth 24 hours round the clock operation (including Disaster Recovery Site support) within the bank.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 4 years’ experience in application software development with at least 2 years in system analysis.
  • Exposure to multiple open computer platforms
  • Experienced in Java, JS, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Linux
  • Knowledge and experience on e-channels systems
  • Sound communication skills
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Strong project planning skills
  • Able to coordinate own/others’ time, resources and workload
  • Strong sense of teamwork, willing to share experience and expertise with team members
