Job Overview

We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team and support the enterprise systems and applications that enable our business operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement system improvements. You will support and enhance enterprise applications while ensuring that solutions meet business needs and applicable regulatory requirements.

You will use your technical expertise and business understanding to resolve complex issues, contribute to and lead projects, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This role is well suited to an experienced systems analyst who enjoys combining technology, business analysis, and problem-solving in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and translate complex business requirements into clear technical and system specifications
  • Support, maintain, and enhance enterprise systems and applications
  • Design and implement system solutions and process improvements in collaboration with business and technical teams
  • Investigate and resolve complex system and application issues
  • Support systems operating within regulated environments and ensure alignment with applicable compliance requirements
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional system implementation and improvement projects
  • Support change management activities and system changes throughout their lifecycle
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other functions to deliver effective solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, processes, and ways of working
  • Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members

Experience and Qualifications

  • Advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business requirements gathering, solution design, or a related area
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with Python and working knowledge of other programming languages
  • Experience with GxP regulations, CFR Part 11 compliance, and validated systems in regulated environments
  • Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Fluent English language skills

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise applications and business systems
  • Knowledge of data analysis, reporting tools, and database technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against deadlines
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and support other team members
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for system and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, or Oracle
  • Experience with SQL, Oracle databases, reporting tools, or other data technologies
  • Experience with ITIL processes and change management
  • Professional certifications in relevant technologies, project management, or methodologies
  • Experience working in a regulated life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar environment
  • Additional language skills

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €2,891.67–€4,335.42.
