Team Connect is a Polish nearshore and offshore IT services provider. Since 2008 we have been building and developing software for our clients.

We specialise in Agile and DevOps-based software development, from analysis through to deployment. We build backend, frontend and mobile applications.

Ongoing recruitment: System Analyst

Location: Warsaw (hybrid, min. 1 to 2 office days per month) | Cooperation: B2B

You will work directly with developers and system architects on the development of the largest banking application, converting business requirements into functional and technical specifications and designing integrations between systems.

Scope

• Direct cooperation with developers and system architects on the development of the largest banking application
• Converting business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Designing integrations between systems, establishing contracts
• Preparing analytical documentation, proposals for functional solutions and technology solutions in cooperation with architects
• Participating in engaging, developing technology projects, building microservice-based applications in both private and public cloud

What we look for

Must-have items are essential. The rest is a map of what our consultants typically work with, so partial coverage is enough.

Must have

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst in IT projects
• Knowledge of various integration and system-to-system communication methods (REST / SOAP / other)
• Experience preparing functional specifications for IT systems in UML notation (component diagrams, sequence diagrams)
• Understanding of the basics of system architecture: databases, data buses, HTTP protocols
• Strong communication skills with internal business users, the development team, other IT units and the software vendor
• Proficiency with Jira / Confluence
• Proficiency with API testing tools (SoapUI / Postman / Insomnia)
• Ability to interpret application logs and knowledge of the ELK stack
• Experience with version control systems (Gerrit, GitLab)

Good to have

• Knowledge of the SME sector, electronic and mobile banking, payment systems, mobile payments, payment cards
• Experience working in agile teams
