About the Role

We're seeking a System Analystto bridge business needs and technology solutions, supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Service operations in China. You'll play a key role in digital transformation initiatives while managing business applications and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Business Systems Support & Analysis

  • Provide application support and administration for CRM, SFE, marketing automation, e-commerce, and customer touchpoint systems
  • Analyze business requirements, document processes, and translate needs into actionable system solutions
  • Support integration between local systems and global platforms

Digital Projects & Vendor Management

  • Participate in digitalization projects with focus on China market localization
  • Support RFI/RFP processes, evaluate vendor solutions, and conduct gap analysis
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, architecture, security, procurement)

Cloud Platform & IT Service Management

  • Manage Alibaba Cloud resources including accounts, security, monitoring, and cost optimization
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and changes following ITSM/ITIL framework
  • Drive continuous improvement of IT products and services

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3-5 years experience in application support, system analysis, or digital transformation projects
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or customer-facing business systems
  • Practical knowledge of ITSM/ITIL service management framework
  • Experience with cloud platform management (Alibaba Cloud preferred)
  • Understanding of China's digital ecosystem (WeChat, local CRM platforms, compliance requirements)
