An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join a high-performing technology delivery team. This role is ideal for a professional who can bridge the gap between business and technology, translating complex business requirements into scalable system and solution designs.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects, UX teams, and testers to define, analyse, and deliver technology solutions that drive business value.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• 
  5+ years' experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role
• 
  Strong experience in requirements analysis, solution design, systems integration, and technology-enabled change
• 
  Proven ability to document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• 
  Experience analysing APIs, integrations, data flows, and system interactions
• 
  Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• 
  Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production readiness activities

Technical Skills:

• 
  Jira and/or Azure DevOps
• 
  Confluence and/or SharePoint
• 
  SQL and data analysis
• 
  Process modelling tools such as Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart
• 
  Understanding of system architecture, integrations, and delivery lifecycles

Advantageous:

• 
  Financial services, banking, lending, investments, or regulatory experience
• 
  CBAP, CCBA, or related certifications
• 
  Experience delivering complex multi-system and enterprise-wide initiatives
