Responsibilities:

  Analyse business and system processes, identifying areas for improvement

• 
  Gather and document business and technical requirements for system changes

• 
  Collaborate with development teams to define system functionalities and integrations

• 
  Design and document system interactions, including REST and SOAP API specifications

• 
  Support testing and validation of system modifications

• 
  Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals

• 
  Monitor and assist in improving system performance and security

Requirements

• 
  3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role

• 
  Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and system documentation tools

• 
  Experience with API integration (REST/SOAP)

• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• 
  Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications

• 
  Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence)

• 
  SQL knowledge for data analysis and reporting

• 
  English fluency (B2 or higher)

• 
  Experience in financial or payment systems is a plus
