About the Role
As a System Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your role will involve analyzing requirements, creating technical specifications, and actively participating in the development process. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate directly with customers.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
Perform coding tasks related to the implementation and maintenance of systems
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Lead customer sessions to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and offer solutions
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements
Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in system analysis or a related field
Experience in system integration projects
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
