Subject Matter Expert with strong data analytics capabilities and a background in maintenance, supply, or logistics to support cross-functional teams in analyzing and optimizing systems that enhance production workflows and enable strategic decision-making. This role involves leading the development, execution, and sustainment of Advanced Manufacturing and Predictive Logistics programs, requiring proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and Gantt chart scheduling, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. In addition to data analytical skills, candidates should possess skills in oral and written communication, be proficient in MS 365 Teams collaboration, and be familiar with the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint. They should also be familiar with Gantt charts for tracking schedule timelines. Candidates should have a working knowledge of the Army Acquisition process and familiarity of materiel development organizations. Candidates will participate in working groups and briefings, synchronizing efforts to ensure. results support the execution of the sustainmentring thread, including data collection, transportation, analysis, visualization, decision-making and action processes, and data storage and protection.
