Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with experience as a System Analyst in the acquiring domain. The candidate must have a strong background in consulting or business analysis, with experience engaging directly with customers to gather, analyze, and document user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to discuss, gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
  • Support system analysis activities within the acquiring domain.
  • Work closely with customers and project teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Work in shifts aligned with the MENA region and project requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in a Consultant or Business Analyst role.
  • Experience in customer-facing activities, particularly requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Experience as a System Analyst in the acquiring domain.
  • Willingness to work shifts aligned with the MENA region and project cycle.

Technical Skills

Nice to Have:

  • C# / .NET
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Crystal Reports
  • JasperReports

Other Requirements

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
