OF POSITION
We are looking for a system administrator to join our Enterprise Support Team. As a system administrator, you provide Level 1 and Level 2 systems administration and end-user support for client infrastructure, delivering high-quality remote technical support across calls, chats, and ticketing platforms. Managed and documented cases through client-confirmed resolution while adhering to established procedures and IT best practices.
