Job Description

Job Purpose:

To oversee the performance, security, and availability of Transmars IT infrastructure while leading and supporting a team of system administrators and support staff. Ensures seamless IT operations across departments and implements effective solutions aligned with business needs.

• Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and manage team tasks and priorities.
• Administer and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Cloud identity administration (SharePoint, Azure, Intune, MS Defender )
• Familiar with Office 365 administration and Intune device Management.
• Ensure the security, backup, and integrity of all systems and networks.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and manage escalations.
• Coordinate and implement infrastructure projects (e.g., upgrades, migrations).
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT asset inventory
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in system administration, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing enterprise infrastructure and supporting business-critical IT environments.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure and Office 365
• Experience with VMware/Hyper-V, firewalls, and networking
• ERP orientated, preferably Oracle, and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Excellent English
