Essential Functions System Administration & Security • Design and manage user roles and access controls. • Contribute to system audits and ensure compliance with security standards. • Oversee data integrity, backups, and system monitoring. • Contribute to Servicenow platform upgrades and ensure zero business disruption Performance Monitoring & Optimization • Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning. • Lead initiatives to optimize system performance and reliability. Business Alignment & Development • Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and automation tools. • Drive platform enhancements and integrations with third-party systems. AI and Automation Responsibilities • As part of Clinisys’ AI-first strategy, the Servicenow administrator is expected to actively support the safe, responsible, and value-driven adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across enterprise applications. • This role will work within established governance frameworks to ensure AI usage enhances operational efficiency, data quality, decision-making, and user experience. • Support the configuration and administration of AI-enabled features within Servicenow and adjacent platforms where approved. • Collaborate with Enterprise Applications leadership to identify low-risk, high-value use cases for AI and automation aligned to business outcomes. • Ensure AI capabilities comply with Clinisys AI governance policies, data protection requirements, access controls, and audit expectations. • Assist in implementing guardrails for AI usage, including role-based access, logging, monitoring, and exception handling Stakeholder Collaboration • Build and maintain strong relationships with business units and vendors. • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and resolve high-impact technical issues. Knowledge Leadership • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge resources. • Educate end users on Servicenow functionality when needed and lead training initiatives. Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and ITSM processes. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team. • Exceptional customer service orientation. • Strong documentation and process adherence capabilities. Required Experience & Education • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or a related field—or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 3 years administering ServiceNow, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience administering and configuring ITSM/CSM. Good to have • Familiarity with SQL, and data integration tools such as MuleSoft, Celigo or Dell Boomi. • Solid knowledge on data foundations and CMDB Certifications: • ITIL Foundation certification (required) • ServiceNow Administrator certification (Preferred) • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications e.g., for ITSM, CMDB, or CSM (Good to have) • Experience with scripting in JavaScript and Integrations (preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities • None
