Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Professional certifications preferred: MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, Azure/AWS certifications
36 years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Experience working with insurance core systems (e.g., TCS Bancs, Premia, InsureNet, Oracle Insurance, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking.
Strong understanding of insurance domain workflows (Policy Issuance, Claims, Endorsements, Renewals).
Knowledge of databases (SQL Server / Oracle), backup systems, firewall management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
