SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR- Network Engineer, Network consultant

YOUR TASKS

• Perform advanced
  troubleshooting and resolution on Wi-Fi
  support network design,
• optimization
• Ensure all activities are tracked via tickets
• Ensure all ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets are properly
  managed, prioritized, and resolved in accordance with defined Service
  Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain full transparency by accurately
  documenting all activities in ServiceNow and other relevant systems
• Actively participate in incident, problem, and
  change management processes, including root cause analysis

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical
  knowledge: Wireless Protocols and 802.11 standards, RF fundaments, spectrum
  analysis, Wi-Fi design and site survey
• Speciality area: Wireless Networks
• Software: Ekahau/Hamina
• Vendor: Cisco & HPE Aruba
• Fluency
  in English is mandatory
• Computer Scienes,
  Information Technology,
  Telecommunication or equivalent degree
• Experience
  of network technologies like LAN or WAN
