About the Department

The Global Operations & Support area within Digital, Data & IT organization is responsible for all IT in Coloplast – across sites and functions. We support our colleagues and cooperate with them on how to make the best technology decisions. In Microsoft Services, we provide technical support of Microsoft 365 platform including involvement into large business development projects for all parts of the Coloplast organization. We work as One IT – no matter where we are located, we seek to contribute with the right competences at the right time.

About the Team

You will join a fantastic team that provides 3rdlevel support for the Microsoft 365 platform — including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and other services. The team is also responsible for managing licenses and ensuring their compliant use, coordinating technical matters with external solution providers, handling certificates and DNS, and developing automation solutions using PowerShell to improve efficiency and streamline daily operations.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving IT challenges, working with Microsoft cloud technologies, and helping colleagues with their requests.

About the job

You'll be the first point of contact for troubleshooting high‑level Microsoft 365 issues and ensuring smooth platform operation. You’ll work closely with Global IT Operations and contribute to crucial company projects. This role offers a strong opportunity to grow your technical skills and develop within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high‑quality support and solutions for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, in line with agreed SLAs and best practices
  • Take end‑to‑end ownership of incidents and service requests, ensuring an excellent customer experience
  • Provide advanced support for SharePoint, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and DNS
  • Participate in projects, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives across cloud services
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation and actively share knowledge with the team
  • Support automation, standardization, and platform stability in a modern cloud environment

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Systems Administration (Microsoft Technologies), or a related role, ideally within an enterprise or global organization
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams), with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
  • Proven ability to take end‑to‑end ownership of incidents and service requests, including root‑cause analysis and follow‑up improvements
  • Solid problemsolving and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and service quality
  • Experience working in an international, distributed environment, collaborating across regions and cultures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑handling skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working independently, while also contributing as a reliable team player and informal point of reference for others
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, adopt, and apply new technologies, particularly in cloud‑based environments
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and improving technical documentation, standards, and knowledge articles
  • Familiarity with ITILbased processes, automation, or scripting (e.g. PowerShell) is a strong advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in IT or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work from the San Pedro, San Jose office at least 3 days per week
  • Ambitious, proactive, and committed, with a strong sense of ownership and team spirit
