JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
The System Administrator IV will work with post flight data management and provide support to a variety of customers to include flight test engineers and data analysts.
JOB DUTIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Evaluates system specifications, configures system, establishes standards, ensures hardware/software compatibility and maintains workstations and Microsoft (MS) Windows Operating Systems for stable performance.
Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties:
RANGE POSITION DESCRIPTION
The System Administrator IV will work with post flight data management and provide support to a variety of customers to include flight test engineers and data analysts. They will perform corrective and preventive maintenance procedures on all necessary equipment. Ideal candidate will be proficient with Windows OS and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, LINUX Administration, Windows Domain Administration, Nutanix AHV and PRISM, Citrix VM Deployment, Network Switch Administration, Citrix License Administration, NVIDIA vGPU License Administration, Hardware Troubleshooting, Software Troubleshooting, DoD SCAP Benchmarks Scans, and Net Backup Administration. System Administrator IV must also be able to assist in the creation of Operating Instructions (OIs) as required. A successful candidate must be a team player, eager to learn, and just as eager to share his/her knowledge in order to strengthen the team. This position requires a current CompTIA Security+ CE certificate as well as the ability to maintain a DoD Secret level clearance.
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Associates or higher degree in Computer/Information Technology, or equivalent academic/technical training. Possess nine (9) years related experience or combination of experience in computer system basics and/or related areas of expertise. Must possess and apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in computer science, graphics, and information systems.

SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $160,000 annually.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position involves work typical of an office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds), constant sitting and use of a computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing, and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness.
