About the Role

This is not a traditional, siloed service desk role. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting a secure, enterprise-scale environment with federally regulated requirements. We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn—someone who can take initiative while collaborating with others to solve problems and deliver results.

About the Candidate

We are specifically looking for someone who can:

• Provide hands-on desktop support in an enterprise environment, including OS, hardware, and user-facing issues
• Diagnose and address network connectivity issues (e.g., access restrictions, firewall rules, DNS, VPN, IP/Port/URL filtering)
• Prepare and maintain physical computer assets and peripherals including imaging, inventory, shipping/receiving
• Operate effectively across multiple functions—including endpoint management, support, security, and asset management—without reliance on rigid team boundaries

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field
• Ability to obtain public trust security clearance
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to self-manage work tasks using M365 based tools
• Demonstrated and proven ability to independently resolve issues, improve day-to-day operations with self-driven initiatives, and operate with a growth mindset
• Exposure to basic administration of Windows desktops or other endpoint management tools
• Understanding of practical security concepts in an enterprise environment
• Located near Indianapolis, IN and willingness to be on-site in support of the mission

Pay Range:

Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00
