Reflexive Concepts is seeking a senior System Administrator to join our growing team!

The System Administrator III leads installation, configuration, sustainment, and optimization of mission-critical compute and storage infrastructure, mentoring junior engineers and driving service-level improvements across the environment.

Qualifications:

• Ten (10) years of relevant system administration experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Technical Discipline
  • An additional five (5) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of fifteen (15) years
• IAT II baseline certification (e.g., CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP)
• Linux+ (or equivalent: RHCSA/RHCE/RHCA, LPI Linux Essentials, LFCS, or Oracle Linux OCP) within 6 months of start

Required:

• Senior-level experience administering enterprise Linux environments
• Strong scripting, automation, and troubleshooting skills
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph (within the last 7 years)

Desired Skills:

• Configuration management and infrastructure-as-code (Ansible, Puppet, Salt)
• Virtualization and container platforms (VMware, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Storage administration, monitoring, and capacity planning
