The Role

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to support and maintain critical ICT environments within a secure operational setting. This role will suit someone with strong infrastructure and systems administration experience who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring reliable system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 system administration support across Linux and Windows environments.
  • Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software and network infrastructure.
  • Support systems and ensure the ongoing availability and performance of critical ICT services.
  • Perform system monitoring, fault diagnosis, performance tuning and recovery activities.
  • Maintain system documentation, configurations and software deployments.

About You

  • Current NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Experience administering Red Hat Linux and Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, system integration and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Understanding of Information Assurance, cyber security principles and secure ICT operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
