Qualifications

• Windows 10/11 & macOS administration;
• Active Directory management;
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP);
• Email administration (Outlook, Thunderbird);
• Hardware troubleshooting;
• Remote support tools (RDP, VNC);
• Linux basics;
• PowerShell / Shell / Python scripting;
• Atlassian Confluence & Jira;
• English – Pre-Intermediate.

What it means on a daily basis

• Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, hardware and applications;
• Set up workstations and onboard new employees;
• Manage hardware, software licenses and IT inventory;
• Troubleshoot networking, Active Directory and local infrastructure issues;
• Support server room operations (rack management, patch cabling);
• Create scripts, documentation and automation to improve efficiency;
• Work closely with local and global IT teams to resolve technical challenges;
• Recommend and implement technology improvements.
