Job Description

Experience: 3–6 Years

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure, servers, and systems to ensure stability and high availability.
  • Administer Windows servers and Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, DNS, and DHCP management.
  • Support day-to-day IT operations, including system troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system architecture, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, tracking hardware lifecycle, deployment records, warranties, and maintenance logs.
  • Manage software licensing and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
  • Implement and maintain access management controls, including role-based access, MFA, and permission governance.
  • Monitor system security logs and audit activities, supporting security policies, incident investigation, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in System Administration or IT Operations.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access management.

  • Experience with IT asset management and documentation practices

  • Understanding of security best practices, including RBAC, MFA, and system hardening.

  • Experience using system monitoring and troubleshooting tools

  • Knowledge of software license management and vendor coordination
  • Basic exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / Microsoft 365) and IT service management practices.
