Install, configure, and maintain
servers, operating systems, and software

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems.
Manage
user accounts, permissions, and access controls

Maintain
network infrastructure
, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
Perform regular
backups, recovery, and disaster recovery tests
.
Implement
security measures
, patch updates, and antivirus solutions.
Monitor
logs, alerts, and system health
; respond to incidents promptly.
Support
end-users
with system-related issues.
Maintain
documentation of systems, configurations, and processes
.
Collaborate with the
Australian client and internal IT team
, providing timely updates and clear communication.
2–5 years of experience
as a
System Administrator or similar role
.
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, IT, or related field
.
Strong knowledge of
Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and Active Directory
.
Experience with
network administration, firewalls, and security protocols
.
Excellent
English communication skills
; must be comfortable interacting with an Australian client.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
