We are looking for a SysOps Consultant responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of client infrastructure environments. The role involves handling Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management, while also supporting and contributing to infrastructure improvement and transformation projects. The consultant will ensure proper documentation of systems and procedures, monitor operational activities, follow up on project tasks, and participate in the on-call rotation to guarantee service continuity.
