Role purpose
We are seeking a talented synthetic organic chemist - whether you are a recent PhD graduate or an experienced industry scientist - to join our synthesis group within Crop Protection Research Chemistry in Stein, Switzerland. As a Synthesis Lead, you will combine excellence in synthesis with strong leadership to develop a high-performing, safety-conscious, and collaborative team. You will work across functions and cultures to advance impactful research projects.
