No experience? No problem. Our four-year apprenticeship program is designed to teach you everything you need to succeed.
We’re currently recruiting apprentices in the following trade disciplines:
As our network runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, you may work within a 24-hour rotating roster which may sometimes include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. You may also be required to travel and stay at different locations overnight as our work sites extend across the Sydney Metropolitan area and areas including Hamilton, Lithgow, Wollongong, and Bomaderry/Nowra.

You’re a natural problem solver who listens well and follows instructions with care. You’re eager to learn—whether it’s hands-on with your team or through formal training—and you’re motivated to master your chosen trade.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, staying calm and focused under pressure. Most importantly, you take safety seriously and understand your role in maintaining a safe, hazard-free workplace
