WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our Middle School Culture Specialist, you will play a critical role in fostering a safe, structured, and joyful learning environment where all students can thrive. Working closely with students, families, teachers, school leaders, and members of the MSA team, you will provide proactive and responsive behavioral support to help students remain engaged in learning and connected to their school community. Through restorative practices, relationship-building, and collaborative problem-solving, you will help students develop the skills needed to navigate challenges, strengthen positive behaviors, and make the most of their time in the classroom. Salary Range: $20.57 - $25.69 ( commensurate with 1-10 years of experience)
