WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Director of Literacy at Ingenuity Prep, you will lead the vision, design, and execution of a joyful, rigorous, and equitable literacy program that ensures all students across PreK3 through 8th grade develop as confident, capable readers and writers. In close partnership with the Chief Academic Officer and school leaders, you will drive a cohesive, research-based approach to literacy instruction, with a particular emphasis on building strong early literacy foundations in grades K–5. Salary Range: $136,086 - $169,951 ( commensurate with 1-10 years of experience)
