- Develop and implement standards and processes for supplier software quality management, support the establishment of related quality management systems, and enhance the maturity of supplier software quality management.
- Close cooperation with internal and external quality departments of Volkswagen Group brands, different customers and suppliers.
- Close cooperation with PQA and ensure the customer's software quality requirements are well implemented in the product development.
- Steering and monitoring of relevant activities and processes for internal/external software development, incl., but not limited to, customer's Quality Gate, Q-KPI, ASPICE assessment, NC corrective action tracking, bug status tracking and code quality, etc.
- Plan and perform internal quality activities for IPD LTC projects.
- Enable best in class performance by continuous improvements and lessons learnt activities.
- The function is also targeted at SW issue solving support for new projects & post-SOP phase and demand-oriented special activities and is carried out in alignment with other divisions.职位要求职位要求 Job Requirements
- At least Bachelar degree in IT/Engineering/Electronics/Automotive Engineering or other relevant area preferred
- Min. 5 years software quality management experience in automotive industry.
- Advanced Knowledge with Quality Management System/ISO9001, VW process and requirement (PEP, Formel Q, KGAS, etc.), and quality methods (VDA 2 PPA, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of norms, standards and country-specific laws and regulations, e.g., Functional Safety/ISO 26262, Cybersecurity/ISO21434 and others.
- Min. ASPICE Provisional Assessor (intacs certified), preferably with track record of assessment participation. Advanced to expert knowledge in PAM 3.1 and PAM4.0. The extension to Cybersecurity and MLE is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge in software development and applied methods & tools. Basic knowledge of Codebeamer, Jira, Gitlab, etc.
- Preferably knowledge in AI development.
- Willingness to travel (e.g. on-site supplier visits for assessments and customer's activities on-site arrangement).
- Proficient English skills, German is a plus. 投递
