Your Impact
In this role, you will be at the heart of our product creation process, turning design into high-performance reality. You’ll ensure that every detail, from pattern & fit to fabric to finish — meets the expectations of demanding athletes and outdoor enthusiasts.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive technical product standards across categories
Perfect fit, patterns, and garment construction
Partner closely with global suppliers to bring products to life
Make smart trade-offs between design, quality, and cost (FOB)
Continuously push improvements in performance, durability, and comfort
Lead the processes end-to-end with strong structure and pace
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 6–12 months, you will:
Raise the bar on fit and construction across key products
Build efficient, reliable workflows
Deliver products that strike the right balance between performance, quality, and cost
Who You Are
You combine technical expertise with a genuine passion for the sport.
10+ years in technical product engineering.
Strong experience with cross-country apparel
Skilled in pattern, construction, materials, and performance optimization
Confident communicator with experience working with global suppliers
Comfortable navigating complexity and making clear, informed decisions
