• Responsible for communication and routing of calls, overhead pages, monitoring the building system infrastructure alarm panels, notifying “on call” call teams, manages associated records/data collection, and processes STAT calls through the switchboard.

Role Specific Responsibilities
• Answer, screen, and relay calls.
• Processes all notification of STAT code requests
• Monitors alarm systems including, but not limited to; 911 calls, emergency management radio system, fire alarm panels, emergency generator and medical gasses panels, paging system, panic alarms, and infant security alarms.
• Process all requests for first responder notifications
• Completes and maintains daily call logs.
• Operator II-Assist with training of new staff as requested.
