• 
  Lead the design, development, and integration of
  high-end automotive interior switches (e.g., capacitive touch, haptic
  feedback, multi-function switches) for premium vehicle programs.
• 
  Define system and component requirements for
  interior switch modules, including tactile feel, lighting, and haptic
  response.
• 
  Collaborate with UX,HMI and styling teams to
  align switch design with brand experience and premium vehicle aesthetics.
• 
  Manage supplier development activities, including
  hardware/software release planning, quality reviews, and cost
  negotiations.
• 
  Define and oversee validation plans for interior
  switches, ensuring compliance with OEM standards and global regulations
  (FMVSS, ECE, ISO).
• 
  Work closely with system, body electronics and
  infotainment teams to define communication interfaces such as CAN and LIN.
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical,
  and software integration issues during development, testing, and
  production phases.
• 
  Support HIL/SIL testing, in-vehicle validation,
  and functional testing of interior switch systems.
• 
  Support plant production teams for build issues,
  deviation handling, and continuous improvement.

Bachler/master's degree preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/
Electronics /automotive engineering

Preferred Skills

• 
  Strong knowledge of interior switch technologies,
  including:

• 
  Capacitive touch panels
• 
  Haptic feedback systems
• 
  Illuminated and backlit switches
• 
  Mechanical design principles

• 
  Understanding of vehicle networks (CAN and LIN)
• 
  Knowledge of ECU software development lifecycle and
  embedded electronics.
• 
  Familiarity with global automotive standards,
  including FMVSS, ECE regulations.
• 
  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead root
  cause investigations.
• 
  Exposure to luxury car UX and HMI design principles is
  a strong advantage.
