Leading and managing a team of up to 6-7 plus people comprising of graduates and experienced professionals.

•Lead ISA and/or US GAAS audits for multinational companies or Swiss subsidiaries of entities publicly listed abroad.
•Plan and manage audits of spin-offs, acquisitions, disposals, and opening balance sheets.
•Manage transaction-based projects involving IFRS / US GAAP (e.g., comfort letters, agreed-upon procedures, registration statement reviews).
•Oversee ISA and US GAAS audit and advisory engagements, including ICoFR (internal controls over financial reporting) design and operational testing.
•Serve as technical coach for audit teams on US GAAP matters, as well as audit methodology.
•Review workpapers and ensure documentation quality, consistency, and alignment with audit standards.
•Lead performance coaching, mentoring, and capability building within the offshore team.
•Drive collaboration across onshore and offshore locations, coordinating deliverables and resolving technical challenges.
•Contribute to internal and external training on US GAAP topics and promote knowledge sharing.
•Support innovation and process improvements across audit delivery through digital and analytical tools.
Educational qualifications
•Degree in Commerce / Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
•Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g.CA/ACCA/US CPA).
•Additional certifications (if any)
Work experience
•4-6 plus years of recent audit experience in ISA and/or US GAAS and US GAAP at a Big 4 firm
•Work experience on US GAAP reporting standards.
•Industry Specific Experience is preferable.
