ASP of Durham-Chapel Hill is seeking a qualified pool professional eager to play a meaningful role in the leadership of this fast-growing company. At ASP of Durham-Chapel Hill, you will be respected as a professional, be a part of the leadership team, participate in revenue sharing, and be a part of America’s premier swimming pool service company.

The ideal candidate will have experience with swimming pool maintenance and repair - a self-­ starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. Responsibilities:Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:

• Manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks;
• Repair of pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, valves, and PVC plumbing
• Knowledge of 110 volt and 220 volt electrical equipment
• The ability to manage an inventory of equipment on the truck and properly utilize and replenish the inventory when needed.
• The ability to spot opportunities outside of the repair call, such as upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products.

Bonus Potential:This position has the potential for revenue-sharing and bonus pay based on quantity and quality of work performed. Benefits:A company truck will be provided.

Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
