We are looking for a confident and engaging Swimming Instructor to join our team. The role centres on delivering high-quality swimming lessons while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants. You’ll work with a wide range of ages and abilities, so strong communication and a flexible teaching style are essential.
About the Role
As a Swimming Instructor, you will run individual and group lessons focusing on stroke development, confidence in the water, and essential water-safety skills. You will be responsible for creating a safe learning environment, keeping close supervision at all times, and maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere.

The Canberra Southern Cross Club encompasses multiple hospitality venues and health and wellness businesses across Canberra.
We have club venues at Woden, Tuggeranong and Jamison. Multiple hospitality options are found at our Yarralumla precinct including the Southern Cross Yacht Club and Snapper & Co.
The Club has embraced health and wellness and has multiple businesses in this area. The Southern Cross Club owned Stellar Canberra building in Phillip is home to The Southern Cross Health Club and Stellar Swim. It is also home to one of our string of Anytime Fitness franchises, with other Clubs at Woden, Tuggeranong and Jamison.
