As a Part-Time Swim Team Coach at the Y, you'll take on the exciting role of coaching, training, and conditioning our talented swim team members. Your expertise will guide swimmers through critical techniques, ensuring they thrive in a supportive environment. You'll be responsible for enforcing all rules set forth by the YMCA of Greater Toledo, maintaining a safe and competitive atmosphere. With your keen eye for talent, you'll classify swimmers and assign them to appropriate events during meets, ensuring each athlete has the opportunity to shine. To excel as a Part-Time Swim Team Coach at the Y, a blend of essential skills and experiences is necessary. A high school diploma is required, coupled with a solid competitive swimming background that equips you with first-hand knowledge of the sport.
