Are you passionate about swimming and teaching others? Do you want to leave each week feeling like you have made a difference? We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Swim Teacher to join our growing team!

Position Swim Teacher

Location Seven Hills, NSW (Sundays during school term)

Type Casual position

Responsibilities Lead Teacher:

  • Conduct safe, positive, and motivating swimming classes following our Swim the Rainbow Program

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge and understanding of swim teaching and water safety, ensuring member safety and enjoyment

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Swim Teacher
  • Current CPR
  • WWCC
  • NDISWC (All applicants will need to apply for an NDISWC once they have accepted a position to teach with us

About Rainbow Club:

Rainbow Club is a network of social swimming clubs for children with a disability. Rainbow Club Australia is a charity that helps children with a disability learn to swim and provides young adults with aqua exercise classes. We have 70+ clubs across NSW, Victoria, ACT and QLD and have plans to increase our footprint to meet the increasing demand for membership. We employ 400+ swimming teachers on a casual basis to provide personalised swimming lessons and aqua exercises to children and young adults with a disability.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
