About the Centre
At the Numurkah Aquatic and Fitness Centre we run a variety of group fitness classes each week, offer swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities, and offer casual squash court hire in a friendly and welcoming environment
About the role
As a Swim Teacher at Numurkah Aquatic and Fitness Centre you will be developing and delivering lesson plans that promote swimming skill building in school aged children, combining stroke development with water safety and enhancing the overall confidence and ability of your students.
This is a Casual role with an hourly rate starting at $33.37 + super & Y Benefits.
About you
You will be passionate about inspiring and developing water safety and swimming skills in children and young people. Experience in other teaching or coaching roles is a bonus but not necessary. Personal attributes such as patience, respect, and enthusiasm will take you far as a Swim Teacher!
In this role you will unlock the power of all children to be inspired by swimming, creating lifelong opportunities.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
