Casual - Band 3A + 25% - $42.00 per hour + Super
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the Yarra Leisure Aquatic Programs team as Swim Instructors. The role of Swim Instructor will allow you to contribute to the delivery and ongoing development of aquatic programs within the City of Yarra’s Leisure Services Branch, including learn to swim, water safety and other specialty aquatic-based programs.
We have two core programs – School Swimming Programs from 9:30am-3:00pm, and our Yarra Leisure Learn to Swim program which runs from 9:30am-12:30pm and 3:30pm-7:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am-1:00pm on Weekends. As such, we are seeking staff with a range of availability during these times.
The industry is seeing unprecedented demand for swimming lessons and our program continues to grow over time in response to our ever-growing community.

Applicants must hold a current Teacher of Swimming and Water Certificate from a Registered Provider and CPR qualification (or have commenced the process of obtaining these qualifications.)
